Our recruitment process carefully vets and screens applicants to ensure that all staff are South African citizens that have the highest integrity and are educationally qualified and PSIRA registered as required by legislation. Special emphasis is placed on a high standard of English communication skills.

At Maxim Security we pride ourselves on the fact that we are fully legally compliant in all respects as demonstrated by our registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority), NBCPSS (National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector) and our Gold Class membership status with SASA (Security Association of South Africa) that are all subject to regular compliance audits.
